When my wife and I went looking for a pool, Platinum Pools won us over because of they were organized and professional. After contracting with them they kept us up to speed during the entire construction phase. We knew what was happening and when. Overall it was an above average experience. The only downsides was the lack of communication from the sales rep to the construction supervisor. There were a couple of things that we had paid for yet didnt receive until I made a phone call to the office. Other than that minor hiccup we had no problems.
