Good informative sales presentation with lots of false promises. It took 4 weeks for construction to begin after the final design was approved. Excavation was a nightmare, they caused over $1200 damaged on my neighbors yard and my yard, damaged was not covered. Poor service, bad communication with their contractors, project manager is non existent. I have video footage of contractors drinking beer in my backyard, leaving empty beer bottles in my backyard and being completely negligent. I requested to speak to the manager, it has been five months and he still does not respond. Poor management of the company from the very top. If you are considering building a pool, I highly recommend not to go with this company until they find management that is willing to take ownership. I will be glad to share emails and video footage.
