We had a wonderful experience with Platinum Pools. The work was completed in a timely manner and the contractors were great! Paul, our supervisor is one of the best I have ever seen. He is truly a Great Asset to Platinum Pools. He is prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and very patient with his customers. He knows his stuff and it shows. The designer, Mark, is also a valuable asset to the company. His design work brought a dream come true to our family. His ability to take what is in the customers head and put it on paper is uncanny.
The ladies that are in the office here are great to work with also. Very friendly and easy to deal with. They were always ready to answer any questions we had with a smile. Even if it was the third or fourth time with the same question. We will be honored to recommend Platinum pools to anyone we hear is wanting to build a pool. YA'LL ARE THE BEST EVER!
