Great service!
I purchased my pool from Platinum about 7 years ago. A couple of weeks ago I was having an issue with my equipment 2 days before we were going to have a pool party. I emailed their service department late on Thursday afternoon explaining my issue and asking for help. I was surprised to get a response back about 8pm. It was from the owner of Platinum Pools offering up suggestions of what I could try. We exchanged a few emails back and forth with me unable to get it figured out. But he had someone call me first thing in the morning and set up a service call Friday afternoon. Which I am pretty sure they were already booked for the day. The service tech came out in the rain and diagnosed my problem. After a simple filter change, everything was back to normal. This was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I don't usually post reviews, but I feel they deserve it.
