Sales rep worked very well with me to design my pool, equipment, & water features. Field supervisor made sure everything was done to my satisfaction and handled any issues that came up.
Met with the sales rep several times to discuss various options and costs. He supplied me instantly with costs for various options making it easy for me to evaluate what I wanted. I even met with the owner of the company to discuss some special design options I was considering.
Construction went well. The field rep confirmed my satisfaction at each stage and had crews redo or correct issues as they arose. The GoldLine Service Rep even came out and corrected a program function for my water features.
