We could not have had a better experience building a pool. All the horror stories people talk about or you read about, none of them were true with Platinum. From the sales manager, John and the construction manager, Steve, both were excellent in every way. Steve was overly helpful and answered any and all questions or concerns that were raised. We feel truly blessed to have had such a helpful, friendly and thorough company come through with delivering above what they sold.
