Platinum Pools FAILED!

Signed a contract with Platinum Pools in Late April. The pool is still not completed.

I would never suggest Platinum Pools to anyone.

In the process of Filing a formal complaint with the BBB.

We are truly sorry that this customer feels the way he does. We have tried 5 times to solve his problems with a breaker and we finally have succeeded at fixing it on the 5th time. We hope the customer understand that things will happen but we are always going to be here until we get it right.
