This is the second pool that Platinum has built for us. Overall quality is very good. The scheduling of the work on the pool is somewhat frustrating. Several times they called to schedule work and the contractors didn't show up till a day or so later. This happened with our first pool they built as well. We have been happy with the quality of design and construction if they could work on more effectively scheduling and communicating that would make it a perfect experience.
