Our experience with Platinum Pools was okay. I wasn't impressed by our original salesman, but Steve, the general manager, was a lot of help. He helped us pick out everything. We also got a second salesman, Bill, and he was a super nice man. It was a pleasure to work with him, and he answered any questions I had. I would recommend him to anyone. I was in sales myself for 30 years, and spending money should be enjoyable. I would recommend Bill, but I wouldn't recommend our first salesman.

The pool is very pretty. Everything was done to our specifications, and we use it everyday. We really enjoy the pool. We used the area for our 40th anniversary, and it was great. We love our pool.

My son referred me to Platinum Pools, and he was the main reason we went with them. There are a lot of pool companies out there. Platinum Pools has a referral program, but my son is still waiting on his check. I am not trying to be harsh, but I am not going to refer them until I know they do what they say. It more about the principle of the thing than the money, but they promised that money, and they should do what they say.
