Overall a wonderful experience. The salesperson, the site superintentent, and all the support people at Platinum Pools has been extremely nice and helpful during the entire process. Communication was sometimes a bit slow, as I would get told "the plumber is coming today" at 10 am... but they had already been at the house since 7 am. That happened at least 5 times with the different contractors. Could have been a little better with the expectations after the water goes in the pool. I didn't think I'd be dealing with upgrading the meter for this long, and I wasn't aware that the auto-fill wouldn't get done right away. All not a problem, but managing my expectations on that could have been a little better. Overall though A+++++ review, just giving some suggestions for improvement.
