The company is easy to work with on the front end and offers a nice design. Construction, follow-through, quality and rework are a completely different story. The fact that they have asked for feedback and my pool is STILL NOT completely fixed speaks volumes. They were insistent upon receiving my payments in a timely matter (as they should), but most certainly did not afford me the same courtesy and response when things were defective and faulty on their part. You can count on the fact that after you make the final payment to them (which is required before completion of your pool), you will get much less response from them afterwards. They also utilized my pool as a show place to sell another customer, while still not following through to correct the issues with mine (obviously we were not home or this might have gone differently). Their lack of response and equipment failures cost us additional out-of-pocket cash and they at no time have offered to compensate for this in any fashion. For a high-end pool company, I had much higher expectations regarding quality and customer service. Should you choose to utilize this company - proceed with caution.
