The employee from Platinum Pools gave me good information. He was nice and knowledgeable. I was happy with that. Generally speaking, their work expertise and willingness to help me out was great. It was a good experience overall. It's been 5 months since and there has not been a follow up. I just expected there to be something else and that it would be helpful.
