We had never owned a pool, so obviously never had one built either. The entire experiance with Platinum Pools was great. Our salesman Frank was very helpfull and guided us along the way. Belinda in the office was great also. Always kept us informed of what was going to be next and when. But most of all, I really want to thank Dwayne (construction supervisor). He was totally professional and got our pool built quickly and it is beautiful. When we made a change to the decking, he handled it right away and it came out great. Thank you Dwayne. I am also impressed with the equipment they installed.
