This was my first time using Nationwide Window & Siding and the whole experience was a 2 at best. They installed a door for me last year and the installation team came during a rainstorm. They really should have rescheduled but insisted on doing the work. The result was that the seal on the door was not lined up. I called the service department to have them do a repair, their solution was to put a foam sticker over the gap. Now, a year later, the sticker they put on has failed and I have been trying to contact them for the past month to have them fix it. I have texted the sales rep I worked with and called the service department and I have received no answer. I don't recommend anyone use them.
