Encore Air, LLC Heating & Air Conditioning came out, they did their work and they were out. Both times I've used them they have been very professional. One time they did service on the air conditioning unit to make sure that it was running like it was supposed to and the second time they came out they had to replace a little electronic part inside of the air conditioning unit. They were very good, they knew what they were doing and they did it efficiently, didn't waste my time or theirs.
