Encore replaced the HVAC system in my condo with new units outside and in. Mr. McClow responded by e-mail to my request for a quotation, and answered several follow-up questions, in a very timely way. Levi did all the work on his own in a day, including some adaptations to fit the new, lower standing units inside. Mr. McClow visited late on and we had a brief chat. The new Bryant system is working well. The whole experience was excellent, from start to finish: a really professional company to work with.
