The first reason that Encore caught my eye was the number of reviews and the high score. If you have that many people taking time to write a review - specially good reviews - they must be doing something right.
Sure enough, James came over, evaluated my system and we worked out the installation project. I believe it was a very good price and the best investment I have made in this house yet.
My project was not a straight forward one, he knew that and so did his team when they arrived. They had to rework the duct and air collection, rebuild a nasty damaged and mold infested platform and that alone took a full day while of course removing the old system and setting everything up.
All the way through the process I was involved by his team, Steve came up and look things up and on the next day both Levi and Matt completed the install.
One of my major concerns was the noise and Steve went way the extra mile to make sure I had not only a replacement air system, but an enhanced - perfected and quiet as a whisper. That's what I have now.
I'm extremely happy, my wife (who was travelling and it was a surprise for her) is also very happy and I thank everyone at Encore for giving me back my house.
(Now I understand why people take their time to write the Encore reviews) :)
