Encore Air, Heating & Air Conditioning is prompt, professional, and courteous. I had them install two units at two different locations installed. They were very informative and answered all of my questions. I had an issue with one of the units a month ago, and they came out immediately. They identified the situation, which was a manufacturing error, and they repaired it quickly.
They also have great pricing. I'm a Bargain Betty, so I that meant a lot to me. I would highly recommend them to everyone!
