James, the owner, gave me a call back within a few hours and spoke with me at length about what he could do if I chose them. I received his bid later that day, and after choosing them had an install planned for later in the week. I'm the type of person that likes to know everything about the equipment and install I'm paying good money for, and both James and his installers answered every question I had. They were patient and gave me all the information I needed to feel comfortable about the job. The installers were in and out in a day and had everything cleaned up on the way out the door. The last thing that goes on the new gear is an Encore sticker with a number to call in case you have any problems, I have no doubt they would be back quickly if I had any problems.
