After getting 5 estimate for our new ac system we chose Encore air due to their responsiveness and pricing. From the first call I was pretty impressed to speak directly to the owner who sent a proposal immediately. The installer Eric and nick did a great job communicating what they were doing during the install. I have used many ac companies over the years and I am pretty impressed how quick and easy the process was. I see why they have all the reviews they do. I am picky about who works in my house and I am very happy with my choice. will refer to friends should they have a need!
