After sorting through estimates from 8 different companies, we settled on Encore based on the equipment brand, final price, and previous customer reviews. As an added bonus, Encore was able to do the installation the very next day ... a Saturday!

The installers showed up promptly and the whole installation was completed in less than 5 hours. We have a newer home, so the duct work and wiring did not need any changes. The installers not only removed the old equipment, the also removed all the vegetation debris that had accumulated around the old outside unit, and left the area very much cleaner than it had been when they arrived.

We are pleased with the whole experience and highly recommend Encore to anyone.
