Installed a new 3 ton air conditioner. It was damaged when a tree stump was removed revealing a very serious root problem. They were entangled around the air conditioner's pipes. No fault of the stump removal service, of course. The tree was removed 2 months before. We had it for 26 years-same as the air conditioner.
We met with the owner of Encore Air, Mr. James McClow. My hubby and I were very impressed with his honesty, knowledge and professionalism. The day before the crew was to arrive we had a problem with our 2 ton air conditioner (we have a 2-story house). Mr. McClow assessed the situation, included the work to be performed at no charge! He maintained the original cost agreed upon. My hubby and I were certainly surprised. You don't see that gesture often these days! We were very appreciative of Mr. McClow's kindness. I'd like to mention that prior to meeting Mr. McClow, we contacted the service we regularly used in the past and their quote was $1,000.00 above Encore's.
Encore's crew arrived promptly. They work was precise, neat and professional. They were polite and courteous. They also tidy-up nicely. We definitely recommend Encore Air Conditioning to anyone and everyone!!
