Thank you for your review. I am sorry we only earned 3 stars across all categories. Its heartbreaking to us!! Complete gas furnace replacements are large jobs and we never rush the installers to finish quickly, we prefer quality. Unfortunately we couldnt use the existing flu pipe as it was too short. We had no choice but replace the entire pipe which isnt normally the case on furnace replacements when they already have class B vent. It was just a few inches short. With the supplier we get them from being closed on Saturdays we ordered it Monday and installed it Tuesday. We appreciate your business and are grateful for your kind words!!
