I purchased a new Bryant split system (air handler and outside unit) on September 22, 2014 from Encore Air. I was impressed by their website actually stating prices, and submitted a request for my product and installation. I was quoted a very low price quickly by James McClow the owner, and set up installation date. I also called him, and was impressed by his professionalism. Installation was done on time, and with friendly technicians who knew what they were doing. In all, a very good experience. I feel I got a good A/C system at a very reasonable price.
