I have used Encore Air, Heating and Air Conditioning, for a couple years. They installed a unit for me about two years back. My most recent service with them was when they came over and fixed a pinhole leak in a copper pipe. I rated them as a four this time because it took them awhile to get back to me. The serviceman soldered it, and it took about an hour. Overall, it was a very good experience, and he was able to answer all of my questions.
