Several years ago when I bought my home I didn’t expect to need a new central Air conditioner, as everyone assured us that the system in the house was still in great condition. Nevertheless, the time came when my most dreaded event became reality. I exhaustedly search the web and god that became a time consuming event but I am fortunate and glad I did so, because my hard work paid off when I found Encore Air.

Now I need to assure everyone that I am not in any way affiliated with this company, nor have I been paid to endorse it. Encore from the minute I called them for a free estimate to the very last minute they used to installed my equipment were amazing, professional and meticulous. They provided me with a great AC system, explained the problem in detail and most importantly, they fit well within the range of the budget we had made. As a true New Yorker, retired military and retired Law Enforcement, I am very skeptical of anyone this nice. However after jumping in the water I can safely say that if you do wish to purchase a new AC or even tune up your old one, you should with out hesitation definitely consider getting Encore on it.

As my dad use to say: Customer service is probably one of the most underrated things in this world - truly a dying art. He’ll say that if you work for just the money, you will never make it, but if you love what you do and place your customer’s needs first, success will always be on your side. Look I just really do feel that it is by far the best AC Company my wife and I have used. I highly recommend that you give them a call and see for yourself. Hey Encore you have a customer for life.
