My experience with Encore Air, LLC Heating and Air Conditioning has been great and I am highly satisfied with the repairs they did for me. The gentlemen that came out to perform the service was great, his level of professionalism was very high and I felt comfortable with the work he was doing. My only concern was the lack of explanation as to why the repair needed to be done and about the quality of the product as well. Everything else was fantastic and I would absolutely use them again if needed be.
