The workers from Encore Air show up on time, and the guy that came out was pretty honest. He told me what his recommendations were so that I wouldn't have to buy anything that wasn't necessarily needed. I didn't feel like I was under pressure to buy any services that I wasn't ready to buy, and I felt like they were honest and reliable.
