Encore Air is terrific. I was pleased that they were able to schedule us immediately when we called and they were able to attend to the job extremely quickly. James was very responsive and organized. The installers who put in our new air conditioning system were a pleasure to work with. They were punctual, polite, and professional. I appreciated their attention to detail and ability to answer my questions. Everything has been running smoothly with the system. I'd strongly recommend them.
