I used Encore Air, LLC Heating & Air Conditioning for the first time to install a new air conditioning unit when my old one died. They were on time, and they got it installed in the amount of time they said they were going to. I didn't have to miss any work because of them.

I guess the warehouse where they were getting the unit from was busy, so I got a call from the owner letting me know the warehouse was busy but that the crew was on their way and would be at my house soon. They really do what they say they are going to do!
