We are very happy with Encore Air. We were in desperate need of replacing a very old and energy consuming A/C. James and the crew at Encore Air provided us with quality equipment at a fair price, installed the new components quickly and made no mess! James was a pleasure to work with and provided clear, concise answers to our questions and gave us a much better understanding of what we did, and more importantly, did not need. The installation crew, Mickey and Chris, were very personable and professional and were really great about taking care of details and not leaving a mess for us to clean up.
