Wait time in drive thru is so long I use the night deposit box. After caiting 1 week for feedback on new mortgage app I called to be told there was no app. After assuring rude lady that there was indeed an app she then told me their new system no longer sends them an email when they have a new app. Apparently there is no one in the mortgage department with enough common sense to occasionally check for new app.s. Have now been waiting more than another week and still no word on status of appl. Am seriously considering calling my other credit union and having them process an app and moving all of my business to them.
