We just bought this home about a year ago, and it came with an extended pest control plan. But when we asked that company to give us an estimate on continuing the service, they did not even bother to show up. However, Lee, the owner of Bug Out Service of West Florida, was thoroughly prepared and very professional! He fully explained what services were necessary, and he also explained why he would be doing the things he planned to do to control both bugs and termites. We ended up switching to his company and so far, they have done everything they promised to do. They seem to be a good solid company, and I would highly recommend them!
