This was our first time to use Bug Out Service of West Florida, and we were so pleased with the quality of their service, and the degree of professionalism they exhibited, that we now have one of their banners hanging in our school gymnasium. Here is the situation. We are both a church, and a school. We had a previous pest control company, and since the owner of Bug Out Service of West Florida has connections to our school and to our ministry, we gave him a chance to compete for our business. And his company won!

In addition to doing the regular, ongoing pest control treatments, Bug Out Service of West Florida discovered a termite infestation in one of our buildings. They installed the Sentricon System, which is a termite baiting system, and an alternative to the liquid based systems. And, they did a most excellent job of it!

We really like the way that Bug Out Service of West Florida goes above and beyond in their customer service. They take the time to fully explain things to us. And, they are so cognizant of our needs. Since we are school, they do not come in and spray during the week, where our students might be exposed to it. Instead, they come in and work on Saturdays, to reduce the chance of any children being exposed to the chemicals. We are so appreciative of the things they do like that! Just that extra amount of care and concern!
