CUSTOMER BEWARE! AVOID THIS PLACE!
After leaving my laptop with this business THREE TIMES, and spending OVER FOUR HUNDRED BUCKS, I finally got it back today, and it's still not right. This whole fiasco has been going on since I originally brought my laptop in for repairs OVER TWO MONTHS AGO.
Still, I tried really hard to be patient when dealing with these people. And I wasn't going to write this negative review. I'd planned on just cutting ties with them and never going back. But today, when I walked in to pick up my laptop (are you listening, Cory?), I was treated very rudely, then surprised with ANOTHER FORTY DOLLAR CHARGE. When I balked about this extra charge, Corey told me, "Oh, that's okay, I'll just put a lien on your laptop until you pay." So I paid it, because I had no choice.
Like I said, Corey, even though I'd been extremely unsatisfied with your sky-high rates and your SLOW, incompetent work, I was going to just let it go. But sir, today, the way you treated me --a good-paying customer-- was the tipping point. And I won't hesitate to warn others.
