Don't Use Premiere or Geometra - Highway Robbery

I have made two large international moves and multiple local moves in various countries. This by far the worst movers ever!!! Service for the quote was decent but the rep misquoted my items for the container size. He advised that I had to upgrade my container two days before I had to leave for an international flight. Leaving no time to remove items to downsize to fit int he quoted container. I had to pay to upgrade $3,800 to the larger 42 ft size container. He pleaded with me for his con-competence. He said he would lose his job if he didn't resolve it. So I felt bad. I feel this is holding a customers belonging for ransom. He said I have to pay before I get on the flight or else! There are also multiple issues with their service 1) unstaffed to pack my 2,600 sq foot home. Only two people showed up for day one. What should have been a two day effort turned into three days until late evening. 2) the packers did not bring any bubble wrap. seeing i had glassware, they improvised and packed them in linen which is not acceptable for me. 3) the assigned delivery company on Singapore GEOMETRA was very underprepared. They rushed me to produce a permit to apply for non- GST when they had two months to resolve this. 4) the assigned delivery company is charging me cost to access the site, moving goods for staircase, holiday fee for keeping the goods on the port (which is not my problem) that the ship arrived during the holiday and finally another holding fee. This is highway robbery!! I don't mind paying for fee transparency and service but this is terrible. Their CFO passed away and excused themselves for the lack of service but when they customers ask for empathy there is no one accountable. Like taking care to pack personal possessions and the price gauging. I paid to help the REP out so he won't lose his job but it is just a transaction. ALL LIES.
