I specially would be concerned if a single woman would approach them for service. Arico employs some very unrespectful technicians that felt very comfortable treating me in a despondent way because I am a woman. I had their work re checked with the presence of a male acquaintance and it became self evident that they had not done the work appropriately and they came in to make a sale for an overpriced unit. They installed the system without checking the vent system, the now according to them will cost "thousands" to repair. I just had another company check the system and they opened the registers to let the heat in!. Moreover, their estimate to "repair" the ducts came down to a few hundred dollars. Hiring Arico pluming is shameful. Please be were of their technicians Tim and Steve, those two are nothing else but certicied shysters. Originally. Steve came to my house to check the plumbing early am smelling of alcohol. He put 10x 12 holes in walls and pushed the cut pieces of dry wall into the wall and did not even bothered to apologize. He did not offer to repair. Tim needs to learn that women deserve the same treatment as male customers. He did a really shoddy job which he had to repair when my male companion pointed it out to him. What an awful company!
