Long story... My neighbor recommended Arico but their response time was going to be 5-6 hours... so I called another highly rated (Google reviews) company and they were available within an hour! What a relief... when you are in the holidays and have company there is a real urgency to a backed up sewer line! The other company spent 4 hours and then gave me an estimate of $1500-3500 to actually solve the problem. That was a rather astounding price after already spending most of my day with them. So I called Arico back and they were able to get out at end of day. Arico didn't bring the computer and electronics equipment the other guys did... just a hard working man with the basic required equipment. An hour later the problem was cleared. $179! For 1/10th the costs of the other company's low end estimate. Arico's card is on my frig now. My neighbor also uses them for his heat and cool system as I will in the future. I highly recommend this company.
