My wife and I have used Arico Plumbing many times over the years and so when I called them to replace my furnace and air conditioner, I was expecting them to do a good job. Jason arrived right on time for the initial appointment and went through the options available to us, giving us several brands, sizes, and price ranges to choose from. We made our choice and set the installation for the next day. After Jason had left, my wife discovered that the water heater was leaking.

The next morning Jason and Casey arrived right on time with the furnace and the air conditioner and when I showed him the water heater, they said that they would be able to replace it also while they were here. The two men went right to work on the furnace and air conditioner. I was impressed by the way they took the old system out and installed the new one. One of the things that I really liked was that they put in a gizmo at the bottom of the new furnace to hold the filter. The old furnace didn't really have a place for the filter and it was difficult and relatively worthless to put a filter in it. The new system is really a snap to use. Just open the small door and slide in the filter.

The end result is that although it was an expensive proposition to replace the furnace, air conditioner, and water heater, I figure it could have been much worse. Although I didn't call other contractors for an estimate at this time, I had talked with several air conditioner contractors for some ball park prices recently, and the price I got from Arico seemed quite reasonable with I am totally satisfied with the equipment they installed and the way that they did it. Both men were very professional and polite and did an excellent job. They left the site cleaner than when they found it and I can totally recommend their work.
