I was told billing would be hourly, but was billed a flat rate
On 2/11/2011, I called to have 2 lavatory faucets replaced. I was quoted an hourly rate to have the work done. After the work was done, I was billed a flat rate which looked higher than the hourly rate might have been. I called to complain, but nothing was done. I am still irritated by this, and wonder if this is the company that should work on my house's plumbing in the future.
