Kenny arrived on time. My previous heater was 15 yr old, so a couple of changes were req'd to bring my installation up to code. He explained what he was going to do, and got to work. The cost ended up being more than the website said, but I understand extra work/parts were needed for code updating, plus my hot water recirculator pump. I would not hesitate to use Arico again.
