Tom's Instant Printing is excellent! We're a doctor's office, and we've been using them a least 10 years. They do a lot of printing for us. I know I can call them if I'm in pinch and say, "This is what I need." If I can't explain, I ask them to come over so I can show them what we want. Usually they come the next morning. They have done a lot of rush cases for me on several occasions, and we haven't been let down yet!

We do a meeting for all the doctors in the city once a year, and Tom's does all the stuff we need for that meeting. They're starting to work on that for us now. It's a huge meeting, with about 70 to 80 doctors.

We've used other printers. In fact, we used to try and spread out among the small businesses to support them, but we eventually ended up giving everything to Tom's because we know we can depend on them 100 percent.

They're very compassionate, and they're very friendly. They're like family, and they try to do their very best. They try to give the best price, but if they can't, they recommend where we should go. That's what I like about them. They're very customer oriented.

They're just excellent, and we love them! I wouldn't have us go anywhere else.
