This was my first time using MPT Autobody. I had a damaged left front fender that needed repairing. My experience with them from the beginning was good. They were clear on exactly what they were going to do to my vehicle, explained the repairs and everything involved in detail in layman's terms, so I could understand them. They handled it very professionally and everything turned out very good. I got the feeling that they concentrated on my vehicle and didn't jump back and forth between jobs to get me in and out. That said, as a transplant in South Carolina I know things move at a different speed here, but MPT Autobody was still fast.

The management, office staff and shop workers were all very professional in their work and the way they talked. The shop could've been a little more tidy, but it wasn't outrageous. The office, however, was clean and organized. They are not the least expensive around, but the quality of their work makes up for it. I have already recommended their work to someone else. I'm very pleased overall.
