My heater was not working properly, so I called On Time Home Services to come out and take a look at it for me. The gentleman they sent out showed up on time, and came across to me as a very competent and organized person. He successfully diagnosed the problem as being a faulty capacitor, and then set about repairing it. He also pointed out some other issues to me in an understandable manner. He was friendly and polite, and did a very professional job, and I was highly impressed with both him, and On Time Home Services!
