We've been using Western Heating & Air Conditioning for several years, now. Overall, they're a prompt, friendly company. Semi-anually, though, they come to do a checkup on their units, and always seem to manage to do more damage than good. Upon being called back to fix what was left broken, they're always amiable and on-time, and proceed to be impressively thorough on their repairs. It's been a bit mixed, as an experience, but I would recommend them to others and I am, ultimately, pleased with their service and friendly manner.
