Western Heating and Air Conditioning showed up on time to work on my furnace and AC system. He gave me a visual that showed me exactly what it was he did and he kind of gave me some tips on maintenance. He was very patient and thorough. I would definitely use them again in the future. The prices seemed fair, so I was happy with that. The guy was respectful of our house and wasn't anti-social or awkward at all. I was impressed, it was a good process.
