Overall, I'm satisfied with the work that Western Heating & Air Conditioning does. Their service is good. The work itself is quite satisfactory and I would give it five stars! They have great customer service. Their technicians are prompt in responding and they show up on time. They are professional and efficient in the work they do. There is only one issue that I would mention as unsatisfactory: I have a service contract with them and every month I have to call them to make an appointment for the monthly servicing. I wish they were more proactive about doing that and following up. Other than that, they're great.
