2 employees arrived. One was being trained. They were very nice. Looked over our AC. Informed us of the problem, and then started the up sale of their maintenance package. We did not feel good about the price they quoted and the up sale. We paid the service fee and called someone else for a second opinion. The information we were given from the techs regarding the problem with our AC was not correct!!
