They can't do boiler systems
I told them I needed help with my boiler system. They sent me a technician who had very little experience with boiler heating systems.
Then they quoted me more than $900 to fix it. I ended up doing it myself in about two hours.
I can only assume they'd do a good job for a fair price if they were working on technology they were comfortable with. It's really disappointing that they would accept a job they couldn't do will.
