I have been with One Hour before it was One Hour. I really appreciate Leslie when I call for any reason she is always helpful and sets up my appointment. Jessie was right on time, He covered his shoes, and asked if I had any specific problems, I told him no. He then went to work checking out my system, even put in a new filter, cleaned the outside tower fan, then he explained everything to me so I understood what was going on as my system is getting older. I really trust Jessie he was very honest about my system. I have a good system which your company installed. I would not trust any other company for my heating and air conditioning needs. Thank You.
